I was going to post this ... if you are taking any meds with pseudoephedrine - THAT is the issue.
I have been off EVERYTHING for about a year - haven't taken anything stronger than Tylenol .... I had an upper respiratory/sinus issue a couple weeks ago .... was TOTALLY MISERABLE so I took a couple Aleve Sinus pills that a co-worker gave me ........ holy hell, I was a Mexican jumping bean. That pseudoephedrine was like crack to me.

Isn't wild when you clean out your whole system like that and then throw in something that you probably never even thought about before and get crazy sides.

SO true. I was LITERALLY bouncing off the walls .... I was sweating, shaking and could not sit still, I was stuttering because I could not talk as fast as my mind was racing. It was NUTS.

i very rarely take painkillers, but i did take some cough medicine, however I have stopped that now and still feeling more jittery..
ah well never mind... i'll figure something out!
dont' eat a HIGH protien meal before bed, but it does have protein in it
I actually like where Sassy was going. If you're using Glucorell and you're eating carbs at night your heart will beat stronger, not faster but stronger, since it's moving more volume. It's a good thing.
