I just bought everything in the vitamin store, that I read that is necessary for the big Poppa pumps. Im going to list all the shite I got and I want you people to tell me if all this shit is necessary or pointless.

Other product I looked at but didn't purchase was boxed Growth Hormone product that sold for 49.95$. ????Is this shit for real, people that have tried this shit tell me if it works. There was also another a GH product that sold for around 90$.

Biggest waste of money being Nitrotech! That's a lot of shit to buy from a vitamin store. How much was all that? Next time you should concider shopping on-line, way way cheaper, especially if it's that fucking hoax of a discount store GNC. If you shop around with some of your Amino's & Protein drinks you will be able to eliminate some of the suppliments as they will be combined. Unless it was a pharmacy you were shopping at then I guarentee the GH was one of the BS products. Probably a prohormone which are a waste of money. Sounds like you've about got the supps covered though. Just make sure you eat well and train hard or it will ALL be a waste of money. I use www.dpsnutrition.com but, there are many others out there. I just get great service & fair prices from them. It only takes 3 days for me to get my orders by standard UPS ground.
