Supplements on the Shadow Project

Okay I was looking at the Shadow Project I have a couple questions. What type of protein powder, glutamine, and creatine is suggested?

Any Whey Protein in your favorite flavor will do

any creatine as welll

same for Glut

go to the AF store website

Should the protein powder be at all calorie, protein gram , or carb range? For instance I have GNC protein calories:130 carbs:5g protein: 25g is this okay or should i look for something a little higher in the protein area?

WHEY protein will have a ratio of:

20-25 protein
2-5 carbs

I've been wondering about the creatine. Would that benefit beginners that have quite a little bit of body fat to burn off. Or should that come after the fat loss?

Creatine is essentially a cell volumizer -- holds more water in the muscles which allows a little more stuff to build with. Anyone w/ a better description please chime in.

Glutamine is excellent for recovery and whey protein is sort of self-explanatory - clean protein source that is more convenient than eating all the equivalent food and leaves out all the accompanying fat or carbs in the food you'd have to eat to get the protein.

Sorry for the misunderstanding..i know it has nothing to do w/fat loss. I just wondered if i should be taking it...or....should i wait to lose some fat first and then start it.
I know it's basically to draw water into the muscles and give you a better workout. I want to buff-up...i like the cut muscular look. But i need to lose a little fat first.
whaddya think!
