I have a question for the Ladies on this forum, how do different supplements affect your weight loss weight gain? Can a women use the same supplements as a man and have similar results? I will give a example if A man takes CLA 4 gel tabs @ 500 mg ed can A women take the Same and expect the same results? Also how does hormonal imbalances affect your weight loss weight gain? (Like from birth control pills).
Thanks

Hi- I take 4 gel tabs @ 1000mg of CLA daily & I would assume it has the same affect on me as a man.
I think with things like aas, there is obviously a big difference dose wise, same as effies & clen.. but I dont think so much w/ natural supplement.
Tat would know for sure..shes the bio wiz :)

I think that the only hormone that can seriously have a detrimental effect on body fat are the thyroid hormones.

The other hormones, insulin, cortisol, oestrogen and progesterone can be beneficial or deterimental depending on the quality and quantity of the diet.

Hormones also create the physiological impulse to eat more, but again, without actually eating all the extra food, there will not be an impact.

How it works for most people, you eat too much, you get fat.

Women can take the same supps as men with the exception of tribulus, and you may want to do serious research or avoid the pro hormones.

We don't get exactly the same results as we don't have the same amount of testosterone as men, we have more bodyfat and carry it in different places, but the results would be comparable.
