supplements for muscle gains

Are there any legal otc supplements that will help build muscle and make the most out of my workouts? I read a woman can only put on 5-9 pounds a muscle a year, can that be increased?

And if I do decide to go for AAS, like var, how much muscle could I gain in a 12 week cycle?

I read clen can help with strength gains, do any females have experience with using it for that?

I am interested to hear about this too, 5-9 seems kinda low?

There are steroids that are legal and hence OTC, so the answer is of course. Short of exogenous hormones, the answer would still be yes. Bridge works, BCAA's work, creatine works, and good quality protein powder works. Many things work to accelerate natural muscle gains. You need to spend time researching legal supplements and begin utilizing them before deciding anavar is the only option.

Yes I believe there are otc supps that can assist in building muscle. Pm Needtogetaas. He can suggest some products that may help.

In regards to how much muscle you can expect to gain. Well, that is up to the individual and a lot to do with genetics and how receptive your body is. IMO, 5-9 pounds of muscle is a lot and very hard to come by. This is my experiene of training many females. For me personally, I'd be lucky to gain 1-3 pounds of quality muscle in one year. And that is with heavy training and a nutrition plan tailored for my goals.

I was thinking along the same lines. Outside of the noobie gains one would see in that intial year of training (and great genetics) if I gained between 3-5 lbs in a year of lbm I'd be thrilled. Enhanced would be a different story though. I think the Katana product sounds interesting and might be something to consider but need2 will definitely take care of you, if you shoot him your info and your goals.

start off with something non hormone at first. These days there are many products that work and do not mess with your hormone levels at all.
