im planning on running a cycle n was consider taking the following....
multi-vitamin
vitamin c (8gr per day)
vitamin e (1200 iu-1500 iu per day)
calcium (1000mg-1200mg)
fish oil omega 3-6-9 (3x with meals)
zinc (15mg a day)
bcaa (5gr before and after training)
milk thistle
taurine (5mg before and after training)
any suggestions on dropping or adding somemore? what about the doses? any help would b of great help...thanx
