. . .but not before they got my $115

my e-mails to customer service bounce back as "Undeliverable Mail" and my phone calls land me on hold (as number one in line. . .yeah. . .right) and then after a half hour i get bounced to voicemail, leave a message and receive no return phone call.

if anyone knows any different, i'd be happy to hear. . .but, i would not attempt to place an order with them.
