Supplementation timing

I read this in an article and was wondering if you think it would make a good difference in the timing of these supplements. This is how it goes

Step1: Before Breakfast
BCAAs 5g
Arginine 3-5g
Glutamine 3-5g

Step 2 With Breakfast
Muti Vit
Vit C 1000mg
Vit E 400iu
Fish oil 2 g
20-Beta-ecdysterone 100mg

Step 3 After Breakfast
Acetyl-L-Carnitine 1.5g

Step 4 Lunch
20-Beta-ecdysterone 100mg

Step 5 1-2 hours Pre Workout
Caffine anhydrous 400mg

Step 6 1 hour pre workout
Tribulus terrestris 500mg
Acetyl-L-carnitine 1.5g

Step 7 30 min pre workout
arginine 5g
glutamine 5g
BCAAs 5g

Step 8 Immediately pre workout
Whey protien isolate 20g
simple carbs 40g
creatine 5g

Step 9 Immediatley Post workout
Glutamine 5g
BCAAs 5g


Step 10 30 min Post workout
Whey protien 50g
simple carbs 60-100g
creatine 5g

Step 11 Dinner
Multi Vit

Not really, I dont take supplement other than protein bars/powders. I wont juice anylonger, my diet is tight, so looking for any extra help.
 
Forgot Glutabolic, Supertonic, Turbofuel, and X-Factor dual strength.

R U serious. I havent been into supplement since High school, so I dont know much thats out. They all sucked years ago, I figured so many years have gone by that something had to improve in this industry. I miss the sauce....
 
No need to be that complicated i don't think theres a critical half life on vitamins.I down mine in the am and just drink protein and glutamine in between meals.
