Supplement You Can't Live Without?

If you could only pick ONE supplement to take, what would you pick?

Doesn't include food (obviously), rather protein powder, multi-vit/min, fatburner, etc.......

I initially thought it would be Protein Powder for me, but it really isn't hard to get all your protein from food.

I'm having a hard time choosing between Glucorell-R and Thermorexin. Both help so much when cutting or dieting. But then again, there is Anavar, lol. :supercool
 
Can I count caffeine??

I don't use any of the other stuff except protein powder....
 
Legal or illegal...they are ALL supplementing your lifestyle/diet/training....right? :)

Caffeine is technically a supplement, I guess.....? hmmmmmm
 
Glucosamine & Chondroitin. Without them I would end up getting surgery on my knee due to pain. Right now my knee problems will not cause further damage on my knee. My surgeon told me to only get surgery if I couldn't stand the pain any more. If I stop taking chondroitin and glucosamine for even a week, I can feel the difference.

PBR -- Now how do you expect me to function anytime before noon unless I have caffeine?? I'd stay home if I could......I guess I need another talking to!! LOL


I was thinking of trying the gluc & chon pills myself due to some patellar pain I have....
 
Caffeine. It helps turn me into a pleasant human being every morning. It's also a good help for migraines. :coffee: I love the Starbucks by my gym, they have a drive-thru. Nothin like a double espresso before I train. :D
 
I will agree...coffee in the AM is my favorite..I have Deer that come down off the mountain sometimes in the early AM and I get to watch them outside my back window with my cup of coffee...very peaceful setting...

Ok Jenz-you can have a little, (caffeine) however lets not over "do-it", we suffer greatly when you have too much...and we cant get a damn straight answer from you!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
 
Well I would not want anyone to suffer on my behalf......of course in about a month I will have A LOT of extra time to post so who knows what will happen??
 
Things that make me feel my absolute best:

- water
- enough quality sleep
- Vit C

Stuff that helps a lot:
- rALA
- Cal/Mag at night
- Multi
 
I absolutely cannot live without my multi-vitamin, I use Enzymatic Therapy. My BCP makes me break out in hives from head to toe if I don't take them. I have bumps on my arm right now cause I slacked yesterday and forgot.
 
I too love my multi-vitamin. It's the GNC women's multi-vitamin. I feel sluggish without it, even when I have my regular cup of coffee in the morning. I don't know how I used to get through my days without it.

you know, Ive been feeling like Iam running out of fuel in the gym lately during my workouts, not tired- just like, "ok Im done now"...while reading a new BB book, it occured to me that my mineral supplements have not been used...especially calcium...I forgot how important minerals are for muscle contraction and endurance...today we will sup the liquid minerals and see what happens...We (I) get so distracted sometimes with new info and other things, that I forget the very BASICS and then wonder why somethings are not working...
 
Probably multivitamins because that's just basic health right there. I take one whenever I start to feel run down or slightly sicky. Not every day though so my body doesn't get used to it.
 
Other than water and vitamins/minerals I would have to say the T-rex.

I had tried it when if first came out and liked it even though my results were not like others. But since I've got this food allergy thing worked out I am curious to see what the new results will be since I started taking it again as of yesterday.

So - lotsa pep so far and I have to focre feed myself coz the appetite is extinct.
