Supplement to Help with Losing Fat.

New member
In addition to proper diet and training, what (legal) supplement would you suggest -- from your own first-hand experiences only -- to help burn fat without losing muscle? I need to lose the excess fat around my midsection.

Alpha t2 with lean extreme or even stacked with forged burner is a great stack. I am on the alpha t2 and my wife is and its great. There are a few logs on here of it.

id like to see a breakdown and poll of the top burners sometime in the future. there are lots of players that use different main ingredients, and i wonder how they stack up against each other.

that would be a cool to see, i would think once summer time is up ie in sept we should do once its bulking time again tee hee.

Right now there are a few main categories of Fat Burners that are all stackable and don't really overlap with eachother.

Stim Loaded:
OxyElite Pro
Adrenalean
Forged

Medium to Low Stim:
Alpha-T2
Eviscerate

Stim Free:
Lean Xtreme
DCP
Lean FX

Thyroid Booster:
Alpha-T2

Targeted/Spot Fat Burner:
Alpha-T2
Eviscerate

You can essentially stack any product from one category with another from any other category. Hence all the stacks Orbit has!

Obviously i didnt list every supplement out there, that would take forever

Nice simple breakdown.

Oh so this Alpha T2 I just got is a stim. Interesting

I am on the Alpha T2 right now..Awesome shxt. I am gunna be ordering added the forged burner in a couple days..I cant wait. Does lean xtreme make that big of a difference?

Alpha-T2 has a slight stim to it but nothing that is real noticable. I havent felt stimmed out.

Alpha Yohimbine is a dopamine agonsit which COULD cause a stimulative effect but I get the opposite effect, it makes me sleepy. I take Alpha Y before bed, so the stimulative effect is slim to none.

i only ever noticed a "stim-like" affect from the alpha t2 like the first day or two I used it, now i could easily pop one and go to bed i am sure!

No man it has a minisccule amount of stim I get no jitters from it at all. It is a big time thermogenic, and raises my metabolism quite a bit. I sweat buckets, and am hot all day long.

One of the big things I like about T2 is the appetite suppression.

hmm might be a dumb question and im assuming its much less potent

but how does t-2 compare to t-3 as a Thyroid Booster alone??

Great question.

First let me start out with what is most important. T3 will shut down your natural TSH, impairing your thyroid of normal function.

3,3-T2, used in Alpha-T2, will not shut down your natural TSH levels.

T-2 seems to be slightly more effective for fat oxidation (burning) than either T-4 or T-3 alone while offering an improved protein sparing-like result. T-2 stimulates cellular mitochondria (cellular energy producers) more so than the cell nucleus. This means, unlike T-4 and T-3, T-2 is less likely to activate other cellular functions and more likely to focus upon increased metabolic rate or energy expenditure.

Because of the different mechanism, it can be stacked with T3, for those looking to go beyond the supplement arena.

mine is

superstim AM(omega)--my stim for the day---best stim hands down
needtoslin(needtobuildmuscle)-with meals /unless lo carbing, then on cheat meals and before bed--awesome product
lipolyze(species)--3 times a day---fat burner with no stims and it a great product
eviscerate tropical-- tropical fat burner on love handles and stomach to burn stubborn fat
t3-on a ultimate fat burning cycle i throw this in there for a throid boost(deff not part of my everyday use)

i dont like taking stims throughout the day, seems overkill to me and messing with my sleeping patterns, among other things.. take my stim early am and rest my day is golden with these products

I'm definitely looking for something with no stim (or as little as possible). I still remember the one time (long ago) that I tried a fat burning product it had a lot of stim and I felt as if I wanted to bounce of the walls, which in some (but not all) ways can be good -- until you want to go to sleep and it becomes a big problem.

I'll research the Alpha T2 on the boards here since it seems to be so popular. Also the Lean Extreme and Forged Burner.

Can't hurt to check out some info on Need2Slin and the NTBM Am/pm Thermo Fat Blaster Stack either.

Thanks for all the replies and, if you have more suggestions, keep them coming.

Def bro, best you can do is research what everyone has tossed out and decide what is best for you.

Def look into them all.

You can stack all three of those, Alpha-T2, Forged, and Lean Xtreme. If you want more or less stim on certain days, adjust your Forged dose accordingly.

i cant stand stims. so i tend to look for the alternative. i find needto slin to be pretty helpful at trimming fat. it seems to keep food utilization up.

I'm beginning to think Need2's Liposhred Stack may be best for me, especially if I add Need2Slin and possibly Eviscerate to it. Not sure, though.

Yet, I'd still like to try the Alpha-T2, but I'm not sure what I'd stack it with (aside from Need2Slin and, maybe, Eviscerate). Maybe I should just try it with the Forged Burner.

I'm not finding much info on the Lean Xtreme for some reason. Where would I get that? From Orbit? From Needto?

Sigh... Decisions, decisions... ;)

the forged burner combo is good, lean extreme you get from orbit, burner from needto. I know SBT is running Forged burner and Alpha T2 and likes it.

I would run forged burner with Alpha T2 first. Then follow up with Lean Xtreme and Need2Slin since both of these provide a muscle fullness effect while lowering bf and upregulating your thyroid.

Just to be clear: the Forged Burner does not produce jitters, does it? Have people experienced a jittery, anxious or shaky feeling from the Forged Burner, as may have been the case with some other fat loss products?

If I take more than 1 forged burner im shaking like a crack head.

I loved stacking the forged burner and t2

You enjoy shake, rattle and rolling? :) I wonder if the shakes dissipate after a while if you continue the cycle. I've heard of that happening with other such supps: the shakes happen for the first couple or few days, then, as the body becomes more tolerant of it, the shakes disappear (though the supp is still working).

Maybe I'll stack the minimal dose of Forged Burner with the Alpha-T2 and a little Eviscerate on the tummy-tum-tum (the appearance of which I'd like to be considerably less pronounced). Perhaps I'll also take a couple days a week off from this fat burn stack, as suggested in some other threads. Since it'll be the first real cutting stack I've used I'm sure it'll be effective.

That was pretty much the protocol or stack that I used all of last month and made a nice little recomp!! Dropped a few lbs, but feel like I added muscle too since all my lifts in the gym went UP!

No no far from it I hate the shakes, and thats why I love T2 so much. It gives stellar results with out that crap. 1 cap burner in the morning and 1 in the after noon with the regualr dose of t2 and a dose of lipoflame before the gym, and it was amazing.

Looks like the kind of result I want for myself.

Hmm. Maybe I should just replace the Eviscerate with the preworkout dose of Lipoflame. Then there would be no need to deal with a topical solution or that burning feeling so many have reported.

Just curious: do you feel any more energy from the Lipoflame itself or do you mainly feel warmer and sweatier, like people have said about T2?

Anyway, I'm planning to place an order of some configuration of a stack this weekend. I'm sure it'll involve the T2 and Forged. :)

Thanks for the input.

You mean run the Forged + T2 stack for, say, three weeks then immediately switch to the Lean Xtreme + Need2Slin stack for the next three weeks? Or should there be some time between these two stacks? How long do people run these stacks for? I was thinking of a four- to six-week cycle...

I like andrews protocol on page 4

But basically...if you like stims then to Forged + Alpha-T2

If you dont ddo need2slin + Alpha-T2

Lean Xtreme could be taken with or after either of these stacks, if you wanted.

Okay, I've received my orders of the Alpha-T2, Need2Slin and Forged Burner.

I think I'll stack them (starting on Saturday -- later this morning) using the minimum doses of each, at least to start:
-Alpha-T2: 1 cap about 30 minutes before breakfast; another 1 cap about seven hours later.
-Need2Slin: 1 or 2 caps about 30 minutes before breakfast; another 1 or 2 caps 30 minutes before dinner (depending on how many carbs I plan to eat; I've been trying to keep the carbs low, so I'll probably be using mostly 1 cap doses).
-Forged Burner: 1 cap with breakfast (only on days when I want some extra stim).

Here's to burning fat. :chomp:

So, I took 1 cap of the Need2Slin, plus 1 cap of the Alpha-T2 this morning, about a half-hour before breakfast.

Than, 1 cap of Slin before my workout (chest, triceps, cardio) and another cap afterward with my protein shake.

1 last cap of T2 after I returned home from the workout (about eight hours after the first cap of T2).

And, I plan to take today's fourth and final cap of Slin 30 minutes before dinner in about an hour or so.

Didn't feel extremely different, though I definitely noticed that warmer feeling from the T2 starting, perhaps, a couple hours after my first dose. Had to drink more water for sure. Sweated more easily in the gym (though I sweat very easily in general). I did feel as though I had more endurance in the gym.

Along with the warmer feeling, I did feel a little tired. I'm sure that's attributable to the T2's boosting of my metabolism. It's actually a somewhat familiar feeling; the same one I get a half-hour or so after eating a meal, the digestive system and metabolism working.

My overall initial impression: positive. Quite positive. I felt good overall and had a nice workout while on the two supps today.

I'm going to try 1. Increasing the morning dose of the T2 to two caps and 2. within a couple days add one cap of the Forged Burner in the morning.

I was wondering what's the maximum number of caps of the Slin you can take per day. Is it just four? Or can I take more?

Also (just for my general information) is it okay to refrigerate these three products (Alpha-T2, Need2Slin, Forged Burner)? How long would they last in the fridge?

Yesterday, I upped my dose of the T2 to two in the morning and one in afternoon. Felt only slightly warmer. Today I've already taken the two morning T2s (will take the third one late this afternoon as yesterday). I feel fine. And I don't feel sluggish, maybe just a little more relaxed.

Meanwhile, I'm continuing to take the Need2Slin. One to two pills before the meals where carbs are highest (breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner). Also taking one capsule before training (with no food) and one cap after (with a shake followed by fruit). I still feel I have a bit more energy in the gym when I take the Slin

I seem to be tolerating this stack well so far and I think a little of the fat has been dropped -- though I still have a long way to go. Sometime this week (perhaps this coming Saturday) I'll try finally adding the Forged Burner.

I finally added the Forged Burner to the mix this morning. The dose will be one cap daily in the morning, right before my first bite of breakfast (along with the usual supps I take whether I'm cutting, bulking or just living -- multivitamin, etc.). The Alpha-T2 and Need2Slin will continue to be taken together 30 min before breakfast (2 caps each), with the second dose of the T2 taken six to eight hours later (1 cap) and the Need2Slin taken with lunch (2 caps) and dinner (2 caps).

Given all the other supps I'm taking I think I'll save the Forged Burner's 2-cap dose alternative for "extreme energy" for a later experience.

Despite my concerns of feeling like a jitterbug on the Burner, I actually tolerated it very well, just feeling a little more energetic -- which is exactly what I wanted anyway. Assuming the next few days are similar, looks like the Burner will be a keeper. :D

Wont be back for a while and will be made under a new company but this is what he is referring to.

Yes, Genomyx has purchased the license and rights to this supplement; its former iteration was amazing, and its imminent release and reformulation will be simply amazing. I'm thrilled to see such quantum leaps in supplement development recently, as my 2011 contest prep strategies are shaping up nicely! :)
