make the shake 2-3 scoops though you want it to be fairly large and satisfying

add a Stimulant preworkout to get you going hard and focused
 
Thanks Omega, so what about my off days twice a week, what should I be taking ? Just the ONs Whey Protein ? How many scoops, and which part of the day ? Again I am trying to bulk up add more weight.
