WoW!!!! Lots to think about.

The MQ products were a gift from George to try and to use to see what they do for me.

Give me a day or two to do some more research and I'll probably have LOTS more questions.

B-fold, traditionally all sups/meds are designed for a 110 lbs woman on the body weight/dose ratio.

So if you see a bottle that says, "Take two capsules... and you weight 220 lbs... 4 capsules is closer to your dose."

Be careful... this is standard but not ALWAYS.

i don't think any of those work worth of shit myself....especially if your taking other "supplements" as well....but my training partner likes trib. he says it works like a hot damn

.....and i've tried trib to bridge and it's supposed to work better on women than men, it did nothing for my natural test levels
