Supplement confusion

Ok, I've been reading this morning until my eyes burn. So maybe you guys can help me put all this supplement info into a useful form.

Sesapure, T-rex, Glucorell - pretty much the best combo for fat loss? Any other preferences?

And about glucorell - from the af website I am assuming I need to get a vit B supp as well? Yes, no?

Also I see to take 1-2 caps of t-rex 3 times daily (starting with one). How much sesapure or glucorell? As you can see by my log I'm keeping my diet clean and eating 40p/40c/20f appx.

The reason I'm asking about dosage is that I'm about to order for myself and my hubby and I need to figure out how much to order to get us set for a month.

Anything I'm missing?

Thanks for your patience with me a I get up to speed.

You do not need additional Vit B. Esp if you already take a multi-vit. Glucorell R has Biotin in it already.

GLuc R should be dosed at 1 capsule per 30g carbs. More on cheat meals or cheat days.

^^ elaborating of what DG said

***YOU SHOULD TAKE ONE CAPSULE OF THE GLUCORELL-R FOR EVERY 30 GRAMS OF CARBS AT LEAST 15-30 MINUTES PRIOR TO MEALS. If carbs do not exceed 30 grams, I wouldn’t worry. *** (Ulter once told me there was no real benefit in exceeding more than 6 caps a day, but that MAY have been user specific)

Then you'd use Trex, as you can tolerate it, with meals. I would Suggest just one, mid morning to curb cravings.

Start with One Cap of TREX and see how you feel. You can do one cap 2 X a day & go from there. BUT NOT after 4 pm (some say 3pm). You may be unable to sleep if you take it later in the day.

Ill say it again, The T-Rex is Very strong. The combo of yohimbine hcl and synephrine is known to cause Nausea / Queasiness, so it is recommnded that you NOT take the dose on an empty stomach (i.e. the fiber banana has help prevent this) esp. if it's your 1st time.

SesaPURE - start out with 1 a day and go up from there, if not 1 cap 2 x a day, then 3 x and so on, not full dose right off the bat to access tolerance. For the sake of repeating, you can only take over 3 if you're overeating. ANy more than that could cause headaches (see other sides on website) because the sesapure is disposing of too many calories at 5+/day. 1-3 caps a day is FINE for a diet.

Every"BODY" is different, start which the basics and find what works for you ... :D

So if I'm having right around or less than 30 carbs per meal there is really no reason to take glucorell?

Alright, I guess I'm getting the picture. Glucorell is so that you can eat more carbs but not put on fat, but I'm not going to be eating enough carbs per meal to make it matter for me.

So t-rex is a good option, sesapure still sounds good....

Now for a serious question. I know these guys are sponsers and all, so don't feel compelled to answer if you don't want to, but here goes anyways:

In my situation where I have a good bit of fat to lose (while eating clean and training hard) are these supplements really going to help enough to make them worth the money? I'm all for every little help I can get, but I don't wanna just pour money out either.

And thank you guys for all your help......

Diet, Training, Supps ... in that order.

See my comment in pink ^^ about Glucorell ... & Read this ... http://www.glucorellr.com/ ... this too ... More Info

I would take the supplement anyway, maybe 1 cap 2-3 x a day as needed.
" Glucorell-R allows you to eat more carbs without them turning into fat.
But instead of flushing them out of your body with other valuable nutrients
which is what carb blockers do, they shuttle that fuel into your muscle cells
giving you greater amounts of "fuel" to get through the day. Glucorell-R
also improves digestion and use of nutrients"

If you already posted your diet, the please ignore the following comment, but a "clean" diet should consist basically of --> List of Some Suggestions and enough of these clean foods to accomodate your size/frame/bodyweight/energy expenditure/goal and well, survival (esp of that wonderful muscle which helps burn up the fat) :)

Some suggest waiting until you're at a certain BF% to add supplements, but if you can afford it, it will help more than hurt you. Of course, given you find the 'right' supplements to compliment a healthy diet & training routine.

Yes, AF store is an EF sponsor. And as a business you NEED to promote your products. I am going to say this for those that have 'wondered' and NOT directed to you :) I am NOT an employee of AF nor do I receive any money from them to speak the truth about AF products. I finally have found something I like, ALOT, that works for me and are worth the money. I post what I do out of my own free will, not b/c I get a fat Paycheck. LOL They have NEVER asked me to help in any way, I just do it. As for the products, I look at my results, those of others on here, and have DONE my research, for good reason, esp. for those who KNOW me and why I must keep tabs on what I put in my body. If any other company takes the time & specific details I need to consider using a product, then by all means, I'll try it. But I have found nothing that compares IMHO ...

If you are dissatisfied then you can return them. But Diet #1, Training #2, Supps #3.

Benefits of Glucorell R include:

Recharges all other anti oxidant so your vitamin C, E, Beta Carotine all last much longer
Slows skin aging process
Inhibits cancer growth and activation
Regenerate liver cells
Helps your neurotransmitters in the brain fire off better to help you think clearer
Detoxifies brain mineral deposits

like Bunny, I wouldn't recommend something I didn't believe in. Case in point, I will recommend any of AF's products OVER the one I was paid to endorse ......

Cool. Got it. I'll throw my hubby's hard earned money at it  .

No, seriously, I am impressed by the science behind the concepts and the amount of studies at my fingertips, but anytime I'm about to shovel out a couple hundred bucks I always have to stop and think and make sure it's what I really want to do. Mostly because I know supps are a very small part of the overall plan. I've lost a big chunk of fat before and reached my (almost) ideal physique back in 2000 and I know I can do it again with or without supps.

Thank you all.

Always worry when I see those statements.... :worried:

Building block of your nutrition, recovery, growth, etc...is complex carbs.
