im trying to gain as much weight and strength as possible before football starts in august. im not taking anything now but would like to start some supps that will help me w/ gaining strength and weight. any advice?
 
OTC... biggest strength gain i've ever had was using the dermacrine original, My results were not normal, but wow..

Creatine CEE does wonders as well.. guess which one i like..

Honestly though, if i didnt like it.. i wouldn't say i did..

creatine never really does anything for me. ive tried regular monohydrate, cell mass, cell tech, n- crease and some others i think, and never got results. dont know anything about dermacrine but is it similar to aifm.i tried aifm feltnothing

yes dermacrin reg was the same for me...good gains in strength,recovery,stamina and well theres also the hard ones but thats for a deferent thread.lol
 
you want a heavy weight gainer protein shake with high calories for example
pro lab, gourmet gainer , progain and a high pre work out carb drink to give ya some energy and oh yeah cut down on cardio and you should start to see some weight and strenght on

yea i need to get a protein drink w/ more cals but i cant cut down on cardio cause i need to get ready for football.

well the only other way is to start the juice bro
its very hard to get big and stay fit naturaly but you could try eating lots of animal protein (steak chick ....) it will make you stronger but to bulk up its going to be a killer good luck

so are you okay gaining fat along with strength and muscle?

yea as long as its not alot.
Over the winter i went from 193 to 215, and gained fat along with muscle. Now im around 208, i would to be around 215
