im trying to gain as much weight and strength as possible before football starts in august. im not taking anything now but would like to start some supps that will help me w/ gaining strength and weight. any advice?
creatine never really does anything for me. ive tried regular monohydrate, cell mass, cell tech, n- crease and some others i think, and never got results. dont know anything about dermacrine but is it similar to aifm.i tried aifm feltnothing
