Has anyone got a chance to see this documentry about a guy who eats maccy D everyday and almost dies. Fuck and if I want to do couple of cycles of gear a year and get in shape i can go to prison-yet these fast food companies are killing people by the millions. Rent this movie, tell me what you think. peace

Man....you don't have to rent it...I have it on my computer...if any of you guys want it and have Msn or Icq or something like that...let me know and you can leech all the movies you want.

I have pretty much anything to do with sports / body building (Including Arnold and Ronnie C's movies) and any funny / classic shit. I've probably got about 200 movies on my computer...so before you go dropping 7$ to rent a movie, give me a shout....and that's 7$ more that you'll have to put towards a killer cycle!!

I ate mcdonalds everyday for like 4 months...lol. Actually the ab pic I have up is from the burger king phase. Only sandwiches, 3 post workout. Loved it, but trying to get more lean so not this time :(

I was eating a double whopper a day until I started cycling being that I wanted to drop all sodium.....My bf stayed at 9% and didn't move. I packed on 11lbs in about 4-5 months.

i wanted to see this movie when it was out and saw it has been released on DVD. looks interesting but kind of an unfair slam against "evil" mcdonalds. noone knew their food is fattening? someone is putting a gun to your head to eat there?

This movie is rediculous. You won't touch fast food liek MCDONALDs again after watching. Its not just fattening food. The guys health was seriously harmed in 1 month in terms of more then just getting fat.

I questioned how harmed he was...maybe I just don't remember, they did give stats of his blood work?

Obviously Mcdonald's is crappy food. I don't even think it tastes good anymore. I'd rather grub it up at Ivar's, or Arby's, or Wendy's lol. Anyplace besides Mcdonald's crap. I have to say that if this guys health was harmed after only a month of eating 3 meals a day at MC'ds I would guess that he was a total lazy ass that sat at a computer or couch day and night and didn't exercise. Also, you are definitely gonna have a cholesterol spike and your blood pressure rise from eating Mcdonald's 3x a day for a month without some serious training going on. I mean, he probably was ingesting +1000 or more calories per day than usual, and if you don't exercise that's gonna lead to some serious fat gain, even in a month. Shit, when I'm training hard I can eat 5000 calories a day and still only put on a pound to a pound and a half a week naturally because my metabolism is average, but skyrockets when training. I had a buddy that did a 6 week d-bol cycle and he put on 30 pounds by eating Wendy's 3x a day, eating a pint of ice cream before bed, and drinking a cheap whey protein shake 3x a day. His bodyfat only went up about 2% and his health was not adversely affected. This documentary reminds me of that one about guns in america and how obviously fuckin one-sided it was. For every bad reason to not own a gun, I can name a good reason. Same doesn't apply to this documentary, but still. It's like running a documentary on a guy that doesn't drink that decides to drink a 12 pack of beer a night for month and finds himself fatter with higher estrogen levels, lazier and feeling crappy.

Guys, this doesn't really relate to the topic, but it might be able to help some of you out. Please....don't EVER pay for movies...movies are out there so easily in top quality pretty much from the day they are out in theatres. (once they come out on Dvd, you can download them in Dvd quality) I see sooo many people spending money at Blockbuster, when it's totally uneccesary. If you've got a decent computer and about 700mb available, then any movie you can ever want is out there. I've got about 300 on my computer right now....everything from the entire first season of Pimp My Ride, to the Band of Brothers collection to Field of Dreams.

If you don't have a fast Inet connection then just ask. I don't mind sending a movie to anyone, fuck...I'll even mail it to you. I'd rather be out the buck (.20/cd + .80/stamp) than see one of you guys out 7$ to rent a movie that probably sucks anyway.

I have my computer setup so that it runs video out to the Tv and I can watch the movie on the Tv. You can't even tell if it's a Dvd or not (in most cases) and the sound is fine too.

I understand if you need a quick chick-flick cause some girl from your gym wants to come over and "watch a movie" ...obviously Blockbuster is gonna be your choice then....but just keep in mind that you don't always have to pay for everything out there!!!!

If anyone wants a lists of my movies...just PM me and I'll make one up for you.

Here is some quick info for the Wendy's fans...
I know the owner of all the Wendy's in my state. He has never and will never eat at one of them. He is a health conscious person who is athletic and lifts with weights.
If the person who owns the place will not eat there....

I eat healthy now, no junk food at all.

I didn't want to spoil it. This is not a one sided documentary. There are lots of americans that eat fast food twice a day, and a tv dinner at night. These people also sit on there ass all day and never get any excercise other then walking to and from their car. A majority of the population is full of these people. This guy not only gained 30 lbs in 30 days, but he had extremely high BP, and his liver values were elevated to the point where he was told he may die if he doesn't stop eating Mcdonalds immediately. He was taking in 5000+ calories a day. At the end they said he ate like 20 LBS of fat, and 50lbs of sugar in those 30 days. Check it out if you haven't seen it.

I bet his tests would have been allot better if he exercised. All the guy did was walk to work.

I try to stay away from maccy Ds as a rule. And ive never heard of Wendy's, must just be US. Im well into Subway at the moment though. Theyve opened 3 in my area now, Chicken and hot sauce......
........mmmm, hot sauce. :p

This documentary by Morgan Spurlock proves that obesity and being overweight is #2 in related illness under smoking. It's a shame that our country is the fattest and rapidly becoming the dumbest. There is a scene in front of the white house and these two fat ass women can't say the Pledge of Allegiance, but can say the Big Mac slogan. This film totally opened my eyes and showed me that fast food is an Evil Empire. I may decide to give up my cheat day on Saturday and not eat the pizza i usually do. It's a must see film.
