Butt/glutes were soft in my eyes but that was typical amoung all my ham development etc for sure killed any ladies in figure. Even pairing my legs down they still dwarfed the competition. I am very happy though I like the blance I brought this year. I didn't bring up my shoulders and will continue to.
My abs were not where I wanted them to be. I did end up smoother there perhaps the cortizol spike from nearlly passing out over prejudging. At best I had a 4 pack.
My muscles did look a lot fuller after cheating. I will be starting a contest prep in January for a April and or May show. Yeah that is far out but it will be a more graudal thing not full balls to the walls all at once. I was 138 Friday morning my aim is not to go above 150 tell January and to be a middle weight I need to get to 124 or less which is do able. I do want to get there ahead of time so I can tweak and play with carb loads and fats loads. Filling out for body building will be a lot diffrent then for figure. I am excited for the new chapter for me and my body.

Well I was bloated like a stuff pig after the pizza. LOL But sushi not so bad. My umm movements are still not normal I go daily but near the end of prep I was going like clock work 20-30 minutes after a meal. I haven't stepped on the scale yet :worried: Maybe tomorrow morning :worried: I expect at least 10 lbs bounce because of water but I know things will balance out last time it took a month to rebound and be normal.
 
You look great, but you certainly have the body for BB over Figure. Your lower body is just too developed and full for figure (like me).

I agree with Bunny - your delt development was lost in the first pic (angle?). Not meaning any of this bad - you look awesome. Can't wait for more pics, they are very inspiring.

Holy Transformation Batman! Serious kudos! LIke I said before - you are doing whole body type transformation so it will probably take a few rounds to fine tune- but ... holy quads !

Still very proud of all your work chica! And another show transformation to look forward to!

Thanks I am happy I did it placing didn't matter at all. I can honestly say that I had to do this for me. I am so excited to progress forward and get even better. I think Sassy is correct it is going to take several cycle preps to get my body in the zone.
 
I showed your pics o my BF and he was disgusted by how skinny those girls are. He says "who's the chick in the blue? She's the only healthy looking one up there." :D

:o confession time seems my will power is not there just yet fully commit back to clean eating 100% last night after the gym my friend the competed with my this weekend asked me if I want to hit DQ with him and I did! I had a large blizzard :p I don’t feel too guilty about it either it was good. Oh then this morning I had a pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese. Our company has bagels every Tuesday and Thursday morning there was only one pumpernickel left staring me in the face when I went in to get my coffee so I snapped it up.

Thanks hun my legs are very strong. I still think I will need to bring up my upper body a bit more my shoulders, chest, arms, back etc to succesfully compete in BB. I am lookiing into getting a trainer that is more then my friend this go around someone I actually pay!

I see nothing wrong with this. As long as you are eating clean 90% of the day and working out at your normal intensity - I bet you will see little rebound. No reason why you can't take the next month and be a *little* slack - since you are starting back balls to the wall in January.

Thanks DG :D I really don't want to gain back more then 12 lbs until January. This way I start the prep with only 26-27 lbs to lose which ain't to bad. I would like to be 100% perfect but gawd some food just looks so yummy :p I know that come January all this will be off limits again.
 
If you don't give yourself some leeway right now - January and beyond will be so hard for you (physically and mentally). You have been cutting for SO LONG already - your body needs a break.

Not an OVERLOAD of crappy foods, but like I said - eat clean 90% of the time and train well. I bet you will not see much weight gain. Most of it will be water weight anyway, I bet.

If I had the money to spend I so would I was looking at her and Scott Abel both are fantastic but just out of my price range. I am talking with Phil Hernon right now he is pretty much hired his rate is 1/4 of there's and I have scene his work on members at promuscle so pretty confidant he can get me where I need to be.

Thanks girly I been checkin up on your else where so excited tosee you in the spot light again this year!

The long pony tail was not my hair :qt: but it matches mine perfect. My hair is pretty much natuarl colour now. I have been thinking about a few highlights but I am so lazy for the up keep. Right now I can go to the salon once ever 3-4 months if I was a trim or cut but geting highlights would put me in there at least every 6-8 weeks my hair grows like a weed.

Uh oh let the joys of the estrogen rebound begin :worried: So I am still tapering off the adex I finshed my novla taper and just tapering a tad longer on adex well I am starting to get all cry babyish :worried: I think that a period will be forth coming this is going to be a bumpy ride.

Yeah it does I saw the female BB posing this weekend. I saw Sapho from IT pose didn't even know it was her tell I read over there she sis the show her routine was awesome. All of the woman had great routines so graceful and beautiful so looking forward to that.

I need to build my triceps I hurt myself in the past with regular dips so I am kinda affraid to try them again. I used the machine last week and it felt good no pain so we will see maybe I will be doing body weight dips again soon.

are you still taking the GH? if so, it should help keep your bf down...

Once I start with my trainer it will be unlikey that I will keep a detailed log probably just progress pics and how I feel etc. As I am paying him for his services I know he doesn't want me sharing which I respect. I will so be here to support all my lovies in there journies to stage you ladies keep me going :heart: Oh so does :theshadow and the other gents that take the time around here :)

Mood: Fantastic :D Heading to Chi on Saturday can't wait work holiday party etc is going to be fab. I think aunt flow is making the trip to though. I had some pretty intense cramps last night. However that happens some times and she never actually appears to we will just have to wait and see.

On a side note I started training my roommate. He just wants to be healthy and holy hell does he have lot of work ahead of him. I am trying to ease him into things. I don't expect him to be full on into it he just wants to be healthy. Problem is he thinks going to the gym gives him a free ticket to eating and drink crap. I gave him a journal on Sunday and told him to write down everything he puts in his body. He is 30 years old and has a bleeding ulcer I am concerned for his health and I think after the gym he will be getting a big tough love speech.

My main goal this week was to get him to start eating breakfast and then about an hour before lifting eat and right after. He so far has not followed through with the breakfast thing everyday. He has also not made a trip to the grocery store to pick up better food options I told him to he can help himself to my stuff for the time being but good gawd it is pissing me off that he wont make the little effort to pick up groceries. We live less then a 5 minute walk to the grocery store he has time to walk to the bar after work and drink but not to the grocery store? WTF? Sorry I am ranting here I just need to get it out so I don’t blow up on him to much. I told him that the journal was for him to keep himself account able for what he is doing to his body. He was complaining to me last night about his stomach bothering him about an hour after I looked at his journal well no fucking wonder did you see what you ate. ARG!!!!!

He did see a Dr. got antibotics but they also told him his diet and poor health was a big part of it. He shakes to like freaking leaf too. Half way through the workouts I have him drinking gatoraide which helps some but dam. When we are at the gym he gives 110% but dam outside of the gym it is hard. I feel like I am nagging him but I know he wants to be healthier so he says.

On the way home I lectured him last night LOL I was like you know how you complain about all your stomach problems you know what the cause of it is right. He was like I dunno :rolleyes: I said bull shit you dam well know ... Then he was like cause I drink to much, smoke and eat crap. Exactly freaking right that is why!!!

This weekend was fantastic over the course of 24 hours I ate 1 medium gordizano's deep dish pizza. :p I had just nibble on the food at my holiday party everything was fantastic and beautiful. I love how everything in Chicago is decorated so extravagantly Bloomingdales and Hilton both made my jaw drop when I walked in unreal. On another note how the hell do people afford to shop at Bloomingdales? Seriously I picked up a couple of purses I thought were cute and put them right back down once I saw the price tag. There was one dress to die for it was not to out of this world priced but not in my budget either. LOL I did get some sexy little panties from Victoria Secrets and that was about the extent of my shopping. Everything was packed wall to wall spent some very brief time in Water Tower Place but couldn’t handle the crowds. Oh and what is up with 16-17 year old walking around with Channel and Couch purses if I can't afford that shit how the hell can they? Makes me want to slap there parents. Another thing about Americans y'all where a whole lot of designer everything and fur to holy. I guess Canadians are to PC to wear fur but I saw at least a dozen woman out on Saturday in furs.

I has partied out this weekend the stay was so short I didn't have time to meet up with anyone really. I wanted to see HT & Nash but crashed out around 12:00 booze and lack of sleep got to me.

My main goal this week was to get him to start eating breakfast and then about an hour before lifting eat and right after. He so far has not followed through with the breakfast thing everyday. He has also not made a trip to the grocery store to pick up better food options I told him to he can help himself to my stuff for the time being but good gawd it is pissing me off that he wont make the little effort to pick up groceries. We live less then a 5 minute walk to the grocery store he has time to walk to the bar after work and drink but not to the grocery store? WTF? Sorry I am ranting here I just need to get it out so I don’t blow up on him to much. I told him that the journal was for him to keep himself account able for what he is doing to his body. He was complaining to me last night about his stomach bothering him about an hour after I looked at his journal well no fucking wonder did you see what you ate. ARG!!!!!

Awesome log! I just started reading it and I'll keep doing so, it sounds like your doing really well. As for trying to help your roomate, that is wonderful. Keep it up and have lots of patience. I am constantly grateful for the patience that my boyfriend has in teaching me about fitness and health and helping me along the way, especially when it first started. Its so great to know that someone is there supporting you. Keep it up!

Mood feeling like a serious fatty! I stepped away for my desk for 2 seconds and a vendor left me a chocolate bar! I gave it away got to try to keep this stuff undercontrol as much as possilbe this weekend was good but oi it put some fat on for sure.

They are so delicate at this stage. Any overpushing can turn them off.
I learned the hard way with my wife & daughter. :( They have to get the bug themselves, & it's like nurturing a fragile plant to get it to grow.

BTW, I know it's hokey, but I love NVP, Og, & Dale Carnegie for Motivation. Zig Ziglar is good too.

Mondays work out sucked I could barely bang out 225 x 6 on rack deads I am getting weaker :( The gym was retardly hot too. Hopefully tonight is better if I wasn't feeling so fat I would just wear less but right now I want to cover up :worried:

I actually am looking forward to it. The structure keeps my sanity plus I never have to think about what I am eating cause I don’t have much of a choice. Only thing I will miss is my boobies look decent right now. LOL

I hear you with the boobies thing! Mine are small to start off with, and lately they've been shrinking, and I'm only 18!! Sorry to hear that your getting sick, I hope that you get better soon! Drink lots of herbal tea :)

LOL I am nice full B almost a small C right now and not to fat size 5 are still lose but 3 are a little tight :worried:
