pffft...my surgery was more oragami of the breast. There was much reconstruction of breast tissue to take away sag! So, they had to make them tiny and when healed make them big again with implants.

Ya know? Not just like BOOM! Insta-boobies!

That being said, I am pretty in love with them already. More of an athletic look. Not a :p look like hers.
 
superqt, will you let us know when the first dude sprays a load on the new tits?
 
I only put the pic in my avi as it is smaller can't see redness that is there from the tight ass sports bra. I wil be posting pics when I am all healed etc so give it another 4ish weeks :)

I do love my boobies I think I am going to marry them :D

I got 600 CC moderate plus cohesive gels over the muscle. I went from a small 34 A-B to a 36-38DD-DDD I am still slowen though so it will probaby settle around 34-36 DD.

I have a my shock absorber sports bra on and you can tell they are bigger but not like out of this world bigger. My few co-workers that know said I did a pretty good job of hidding it which is what I want at work. However outside of work the twin will be on full display can't wait tell I can stop wearing sports bra's.

LOL here is the thing I normally wear padded bra's so I might look closer to a C the bra I am strapped into today has the twins with very little room to breath plus I have an outfit on the is somewhat distracting from the boobs. I was worried people would be breaking there necks noticing and no one has. My friends that know said they can tell but it is not extremely drastic like they thought it would be.

Men and women both notice boobs.
I worked with a girl who went from a small b to larger c. She also thought no one noticed. Unless, people know you well enough they aren't going to say anything or break their necks noticing. New boobs are pretty common so it's not that big a deal.
 
very pretty! and you won't be saying, "I can't tell any diference, I wanted to be bigger. Now I have to go back in a couple of years!", which is what alot do because they'er too embarrassed to tell the DR that they really want big ol' stripper titties....

My wife, who has C bewbs, lost volume after our son, has been to several Drs and they all try and talk her into smaller tit's. Hell, she was a full D in HS, so she knows what she wants.

Haha my guy was like how about trying 650 I was like no 600 is good. I was trying to decide between 550 and 600 people told me go bigger everyone always wishes they did so I did. I only want to do this once even though it really wasn't that bad likely cause I went over the muscle. Maybe he knew I wanted big cause of my GF that refered me she is going in for 800 CC later this year.

They went in around the nipple so no it is still healling. Likely the only person who will see nipple shots once I am healed is Smurfy she always like my boobs more specifcally my nipples. :heart:
