Super Weight Gainer 1200?

Hi,

I've been lifting on and off for three years, but I've never
done the food aspect of it properly (which I know is crucial). As a result,
I'm a little toned but don't have much mass.

I'm 5'11, 150 pounds. My goal is to stay lean, but add 15 pounds
of muscle mass.

I have Champion Super Weight Gainer 1200. Should I use this
stuff or will it make me fat?

And when should I use it? Before or after a workout? Before
bed? How many times a day? Right now I work out three days a
week for 45 minutes each.

I realize I also have to eat solid foods, but I want to start out
slowly. In the past, I have been turned off by weight training
diets because I always did them to the extreme and ended up sick
or with a sore stomach.

If you want to bulk up, eat food, protein shakes and sleep. You will gain some fat, but it comes with the package. Start out slowly if you said it makes you sick. What I'd recommend, and I usually do before I start bulking, is cleanse my digestive system for better nutrient absorbtion. Also, don't keep putting in your mind that eating too much food makes you sick, because it will. Before I wasn't able to stomach food before sleeping. Now, I can even eat just about anything and I won't feel sick. Don't let your thoughts betray you, and good luck!
 
i think if your gonna use that weight gainer you should use it imedietley after a workout it probably has alot of sugars ,lots of carbs just what your body needs after a workout and like thefren said you will most likely gains some fat but it could be keept to a minimum eat lots of protein and some good fats and some good quality carbs and get lots of rest you could also check out the diet forum theres all sorts of info in there check out muscle food formun also lots of good stuff just be consistent with your diet make it a lifestyle good luck hope this helps
