Yo last night I did this super Turkey-Stack and I hit the gym this morning and all my lifts were up.
Here is my dosage
16oz Turkey Leg
8oz misc white turkey meat
8oz cranberry
3 scoops sweet potatoe
2 scoops stuffing
1/2 8" pumpkin pie
Oh ya don't forget a minimum of one glass skim milk or you will cramp up. Oh and don't forget ALA because it is magic
But ya I was supercharged at the gym today
