I was wondrin if anyone has tried the super squat program, 30lbs muscle 6 weeks no steroids...i wanted to know what successes people have had with this, ive been weight training for 2 years but never tried this one yet, never built that kinda muscle in sucha short time, feedback?

Is that the one that is

Full squats 1x20
-superset with-
Pullover 1x20

then a circuit of this done 3 times
chins x failure
rest 1 min
dips x failure
rest 1 min
decline situps x failure

if it is, then now Iv not done it myself but I remember reading a thread about 20 rep squat programs and one guy said he did that one and the only problem was he was hungry all the time and ended up having to plan his day around eating! If thats the case then imagine the cals you will take in = great for bulking! Give it a try and let us know how you found it :)

I have tried it and personally didn't like them. I added nowhere near 30lbs of muscle. My legs stayed the same size, nothing got bigger except my stomach lol. After each squatting session, I would drop to the ground and just lie there for 5-10 minutes.

I think you should try them, see how it works for you. 6 weeks is not going to make or break your life long gains. They will build your mental toughness and your anaerobic capacity for sure.

If you want bigger legs, I suggest higher volume.

go to the supermarket and look at 30 pounds of lean beef. do you think you could grow that naturally in 6 weeks? time will net 30 pounds, not a super squat program.

thats the squats and milk. not bad for a stregnth trainer

I tried it out before. After a few weeks the exertion headaches got so bad I couldn't put an empty bar on my traps.

lol, it seems to be the norm with 20 rep squats. I actually got one the other day when deadlifting higher reps.

I find they go away as well as prevent them from coming back if you really stretch out your neck/traps area before workout/after workout/as many times as possible throughout the day.
