Hey, I've been working out on and off for a couple years now...and was recently looking for a new routine to help pack on some mass. I saw the super squats training method mentioned in a post and am likely going to try it for a couple months. Right now I'm 19, 6'2, 180 lbs, pretty low bf, and my lifts are bench: 225, deadlift: 300, and im not sure what max squat is, usually do about 10 reps of 155(haven't maxed). I think the super squats will be good and I want to work on my legs, but is this also going to provide gains for the other body parts or will I need to do additional work for the rest of my body? Also a detailed description of the program would be really helpful as I have come across a couple varying descriptions of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
