Sup guys need your help 2 weeks out

Hey guys I need your help. I'm 2.5 weeks away from my shoot unfortunately it got rescheduled 2 weeks earlier. So i have 2.5 weeks to drop another 1%bf 1.5% would be Ideal.
Currentely @ 8.5-9%bf
What do you guys do different 2 weeks out of comps or shoots as far as diet, cardio, Diretics
Do you drop the PWO's and replace with real food?
Increase or decrease water intake, distilled water?
I've cut the carbs and started on 2-3 days of moderate carbs and the rest low carb. should i just stay on low carb or continue to cycle it.
SHould i start duo cardio sessions as well Morning and night?
Just bumped up currently to
Tren A 150mg EOD
Test E 500mg WK
Var 40mg ED

genetics for me, just have coffee one hour instead of a shake and i lose 5lbs. what a pain. grass if always greener
 
What does your diet look like now? I would go very low carb and increase cardio. Post your diet and I'll critique it.

Actually its basically the same diet you gave me a long time ago.
Meal 1 PWO 40g whey 3carb, 1tsp flax, 0.5 cup oatmeal
Train
Meal 2 PWO same except i add 15g Dextrose and half a banana, 600 alpha lipoic
meal 3 8oz breast 1/2 can yams Or depending on work Turkey sandwich
Meal 4 8oz Eye of Round 1tsp Peanut butter
Meal 5 8oz fish or 8oz chicken

Snacks and subs: Cottage cheese, nuts, Grapes, bananas, sushi

I hope you're not using Flax in your post workout meal. Anyway I would switch to this:

Meal 1-1/2 C. oatmeal, 40 grams of whey, 1 T. Flax
Meal 2-PWO-1/2 C. oatmeal, 40 grams of whey, 600 mgs ala
Meal 3-8 oz. chicken or eye of round, 2 T. natural peanut butter, brocoli
Meal 4-Same
Meal 5-8 oz. Salmon, brocoli
Meal 6-1 C. cottage cheese, 25 grams of whey

Actually Im using the Test as just a base. And the Tren works fantastic at cutting... IMO

Thanks Mak your always looking out. BTW why wouldn't you add Flax to the post W/O meal?
Also as far as cardio Its hard for me to do early morning empty stomach cardio my schedule just doesn't allow it. I usually do 30-45 min after the workout, I'm gonna start doing it after every workout to keep the fire buring.

Flax oil, which is fat, will slow the absorbtion of the protein and carbs post workout. This will in turn blunt the insulin response. That's normally a good thing, but you want a high insulin response post workout to get the nutrients back in the muscle cells and speed recovery.

Doing cardio after you train is fine. I've done it before for shoots. Good luck.

You can also increase you anti-e's to help harden up and dry out that way you may not have to go crazy with a diuretic.

Been doing that and working great, Using AIFM twice 2 squirts and XPEL which seems to be working excellent.
