Ohhhh man - it's SWEET!! I have a new favorite Black Diamond that I get to ski every morning first tracks before they rope it off for racing. As a matter of fact, the guy taking the course down hailed me on the radio today to let me know he was dropping the rope.....I talked 2 people out of doing the trail, watching 2 others pick their way down - made sure they were ok before going the rest of the way down.....

I've been here 2 weeks as of today.....

It was dominated by someone who I had to work w/ & rely on for a bit, who wasn't capable ,and was finally jettisoned. Essentially the bullshit has been removed and we can get back to business w/o having to cater to someone's 3 yr old mentality & ego.
