Cheers dude. but im trying to cut back on it for 5 weeks, for the beating bran thingy. i sware we should put Karma on the line here. turn it into a bet. who has made the best progress.me and bran have comp on at the moment on who makes the best progress in 5 weeks. sorry for post whoreing up you post.

This is the way I look at it:
If I go out drinking, it puts me 2 days behind in training.

It sucks but that's the way it is. To much alcohol disrupts protein synthesis. That is a big no-no. If you go 5 weeks no drinking, you will see such a dramatic difference in your body, you may never want to drink again.

I think I'm still a little drunk from last night, I do such stupid shit when I'm drunk.

I was talking to one chick on my mobile phone while running game on some other piece of cooze LITTERLY at the same time.

I was mix and matching my conversations LOL.

I rule.

lol....not to mntion all the calories that you cannot burn off because your hang over prevents you from working out.......lol
find it humerous when people who want to lose weight and work out go and drink 6 out of 7 nights...lol....waste of time i tell you

I drank twice this week. I took it easy though. Last night I had like 5 beers and two Chef Waters and still ran 3.1 miles in 23.56 minutes this morning. Got to get it down to 20 minutes.

Since I've cut down on my drinking I see a tremendous change in my body. Physically and mentally. You may want to give it up for a while until you get to a point where your happy with your body chemistry :Chef: :tuc:
