Sun burnt badly

rub some aloe on it and avoid the sun for a long time. The little bumps are your body's way of letting you know you should avoid the sun (your skin is blistering).

wipe down with vinegar, best down just after getting burned. I usualy lay a towel on the area and pour vinegar on it.
Now I use melanotan 2, haven't burned this year, stuff works. If your really sun sensitve use SPF w/ it....

I was out in the sun a lot this saturday, and I laid on my back so that my stomach could get some rays, and I am in major pain right now, my whole chest/stomach is killing me.

Besides being really red I noticed some small bumps forming in my upper abdomen, right below my pecs (probably where i got the most sun)
I saw a little yellow puss coming out of there too.

Is this really bad?
you aint too smart

I sail , so I'm in the sun allllll the time.(I still get sun,but not the harmfull rays)

My dermatologist keeps an eye on me !

what is sun poisoning?

Soaking in a few cups of Vinegar in cool bath water will take out the sting.
Aloe Vera lotion will also help after that.

And also, please Enjoy your Melanomas in 20 years

i thought vinegar was acidic

also where does someone buy aloe vera in a lotion thats concentrated enough to be affective? ive heard skin lotion uses very small amounts of it sometimes, but not enough to really do anything.
