Summer Cycle - I think this is it, input?

Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg / Nolvadex 10mg (gynecomastia prone)

Wk 1-4 Testosterone Propionate 100mg E.O.D.
Wk 1-10 Testosterone Enanthate 750mg
Wk 7-12 Winstrol 50mg

Wk 13 Clomid 100mg / Nolvadex 40mg / Aromasin 12.5mg
Wk 14 Clomid 50mg / Nolvadex 20mg / Aromasin 12.5mg
Wk 15 Clomid 50mg / Nolvadex 20mg / Aromasin 12.5mg
Wk 16 Nolvadex 20mg

Basically looking for a lean bulker. Calories will be in the 3,500 range and will be mostly clean.

I am currently 5'10" 190 12%. Looking to go to 5'10" 195 10%.

This is my fourth cycle. Others consisted of Test, Dianabol - methandrostenolone - , and Winstrol.
 
looks good to me--the pr.o.p and the winn.y should do the lean part.

you may have to up the calories a bit--depending on you metaboloism and don't worry about the mid cycle bloat you will get on that amount on e.n.th the winn,y and the anti-eees & the s.e.r.m should keep it to a minimum
 
Running winne or a oral into the start of PCT - post cycle therapy - is a good way to go thats what i do , i never go over 50mg clo , i just take 50mg straight threw .

Meal 1: Real Gains weight gainer shake (600 cals, 50 pro, 80 carb)
Meal 2: Can of tuna on Whole wheat bagel with milk
Meal 3: Real Gains weight gainer shake
Meal 4: Peanut butter sandwhiches with milk and Chicken
Meal 5: Real Gains weight gainer shake
Meal 6: Steamed chicken with brown rice and vegtables
Meal 7: More steamed chicken no carbs
Meal 8: Casein protein shake before bed

Yea, its a little on the high doses but its always worked for me. Never even notice a crash or anything during P C T. Im one of the lucky ones I guess.

you realize you will probably easily gain 20 lbs right and everyone of your close friends will know your on steroids? not saying you shouldnt do it, just want to let you know. you need to pay extra attention to controling bloat on this cycle

Did you not see the AI? Or the winstrol? Or the clean diet part?

I would say after meal 2 some days and others meal 4. I basically keep it the same but then drink a whey shake before and after. Then return back to the meal schedule an hour after my shake.

After reading all of the reviews I decided to lower my Clomid and Nolvadex doses.

Wk 13 Clomid 50mg / Nolvadex 20mg / Aromasin 12.5mg
Wk 14 Clomid 50mg / Nolvadex 20mg / Aromasin 12.5mg
Wk 15 Clomid 50mg / Nolvadex 20mg / Aromasin 12.5mg
Wk 16 Clomid 50mg / Nolvadex 20mg
