Summa Dis, Summa Dat... cardio, weights.. sauna..??

Sup yall?

so i was having a conversation with a co-worker about mixing up routines...etc

in regards to hitting the sauna ... i like to but i dont want it to interfere with my post-meal and shake.


basically... first i would occationally start with cardio, and hit some weights right after.
but i have wanted to jump in the sauna after.
would this cause a conflict with my "post cycle" as i like to call it... cooling down, and replenishing.

literally after im done my workout, i have my shake and meal within 30-40minutes.
would jumping in the sauna after my workout be pointless?
should i do cardio and then sauna? skip the weights that day?

I don't think it really matters in the whole scheme of things. If you want to hit some cardio or the sauna post workout then do it. Eat when your done. I used to obsess over this shit and it really doesnt matter. My recovery is no different if I drink the latest and greatest pwo shake immediately post workout, or if I take a shower, drive home, and cook a meal. As long as you are eating throughout the day and after you lift then you'll be fine.

It was so easy to fall into that media hype with those easy to follow charts but really it's what you do during the other 23 hours that makes the difference.

"If everyone worried about 90% of their other meals as much as they worried about their PWO shake/meal, there would be a lot more jacked dudes in the gym."
