So, it's back day. I was just wondering what I could do instead of reverse pec dec and hypers. I don't think it's possible to do these with the equipment (or lack of hehe) that I have. I've got dumbbells, bands, stability ball, and a door gym pulley thingy.

think of doing a stiff leg deadlift on a low cable aparratus.....a band pull thru is similar but you tie down the ban and use it for resistance
