Suggestions please. Kid is terrorizing my sister's family. Broke nephew's eye socket

The person that gets hit has to press charges. My nephew is young and ignorant and won't do it. I tried to talk him into it, I'll try some more. Probably why many people get abused and don't press charges. The one doing the abusing probably threatens to kill them.

Here is what I would suggest:

1) Depending on the Age of your nephew, some parents can press charges on their behalf. See if your State allows such actions. Furthermore, some extended FAMILY can also do take this privelage. This guy seems dangerious and a child's life could be at stake here. If your NIECE is going to leave with this abuser, then have the child out of th equation. You can file something with the family court...

A) AS FOR CUSTODY, YOU CAN STOP THiS JERK FROM EVER SEEING THIS LITTLE BABY! DOCUMENT THIS SHIT, PICTURES AND ALL! During a custody hearing, no judge in their right mind will allow this ass to even get near the child.

2) Beating this guy's ass will NOT solve this problem. This guy seems like the type of KAT that will take a GUN and shot you, the next time you see him. Use the LAW instead

Arrange for a beating, never claim responsibility.....just say something like "buddy must have fucked with the wrong people". He'll probably clue in, but won't be 100% sure nor will he be able to prove anything.

Don't be a chickenshit and let this slide. Surely you know someone who has connections to make things of this nature happen. Prolly cost you no more than a couple of hundred.

But the real issue is your niece, who needs to be pulled aside and straightened out. She's the one you need to concentrate on bor. Once you deal with her, then you can settle the rest. If she's with a guy who broke her brothers eyesocket, the lil bitch needs some serious handling

sounds like your niece is a dumbass. If you are not bothered by doing this, I would snitch her out to the Friend of the Court (family court). I would imagine she's got some dirt you could kick up. That way the smart-ass bitch can't take her child when she flee's with faggot-dude.

Yup, get that kid the FUCK out of there if you give one shit for the kid. They are going to ruin him for the rest of his life. He'll be a drug addicted loser punk just like his pops. If you are serious about this situation then you have to do something to protect that kid in all seriousness. Biteme, I think a controlled, quiet threat might have some impact. Quietly pull this kid aside and tell him (calmly) that this will not happen again. You are giving him one more chance. Don't stipulate what will happen, just quietly lay it on the line for him. If done properly, this could have a chilling effect
