orville and timea majorova were at a local health stores grand opening today. i talked to them for a while and asked orville about how many cals a 200lb guy should take in to put on good size. after explaining to him that im just finishing a 12 wk low carb diet phase he suggested about 5000 CLEAN cals per day.
boys, thats a lot of cals especially since he stressed the clean part. he also suggested to take 1 day from the weekend and eat whatever you wanted for the whole day, pizza-mcdonalds-whatever. 5000 cals on that day too.
i will be bulking soon and im gonna try my damdest to do this.
orvilles info was helpful but secretly all i really wanted to talk about was juice with him, but oh well-hed have probably said he was natural anyway.
hes a good guy and started dieting yesterday for the olympia, a 3 month diet. he looked very veiny and huge. a freak indeed.

oh and timea is one bad lookin bitch! DAMN
