Not so much for the posts but, for the vets/mods responses on the situation. It just shows that most in the sport of bodybuilding do give a shit & do want to help others. While others only want to flame the newbies for not knowing what's going on. Even if the posts doesn't win It is definately one of the best posts I've read since I've been here.
