Sugarfree Mints

Hi guys

I was wondering if these sugarfree breath mints etc, are ok.

I looked at the nutritional info on a pack of Wrigleys Extra Mints here in the UK, they were like 240kcals per 100g altho the pack was only aroung 10g in size.

The carbs made up 98g, og of which sugared and 98g polyols (sugar alcohol i think).

Im eating all kinds of smelly stuff (tuna, flax oil, hot sauce etc) are these mints ok to banish the bad breath?
