All 3 sugar and fat free. I like the Cozy Cottage myself. The Atkins brand is really good too.

Oh, and hope that injury is getting better Jen.

Maple Extract is really good added to protein shakes. Along with coconut, almond, pineapple.... I think I'm the only one who uses these things.

I avoid anything that has Sorbitol or Maltitol in it. They are sugar alcohols, but they can also trigger insulin spikes just like sugar. They also cause gastric distress. Blah.

I use DaVinci's Pancake Syrup, it's 100% sugar free and is only sweetened with splenda.

Low carb forums generally rate Walden Farms products as similar to hot garbage. I've tried a few of their products, and I must agree -- hot garbage.
