Sugar and Milk

Hi to everybody, that' my very first post.
Two simple question:
Said that what I want is to cut:
1) what kind of sugar (of course just a little bit) shall I use? normal. fructose, brown, ...
2) low fat milk is good or it contains to much carbo? So it's better take protein before night time with milk or water?

it's NOT good, that's why in almost 99% of my posts I mention it: sugar, bloating, indigestion.

I use milk regularly and it does me wonders.....both bulking and cutting......skim is the taste of choice.....think it's an excellent source of protein and calcium....too each his own..........
