ok do u guys think subway is fast food or do u think it could past as healthy and be eatin in the diet while on? i know it depends on what u get but just wut do u guys think about the amount of protein and cals and their sands... lets say a cold cut with wheat, turkey, ham, cheese would that be pretty healthy and protein sufficient?

I don't know about those specific choices but i'm guessing the cheese won't be good. A guy on another board awhile ago posted the food values for a bunch of subway's stuff and it was pretty bad. You could obviously get worse from the other fast food places but you could also get much better by making your own.

Double the meat to balance out the protien to carb ratio. Keep in mind most of their meat is processed(ground up lips and assholes w/ sodium, preservatives, etc)so it's protein's bioavailability will be lower than eating a steak or chicken breast filet. It's a better choice than a 500+ calorie Big Mac anyday-but not better than clean foods a BB normally eats.

IMO if you are dedicated enough to inject yourself with AAS you should be dedicated enough to eat clean. And that does not include subway, maybe if your completely strapped for food and nothing else is available. But thats why I always prepare food the night before.

Yeah, their sandwiches are all bread and no meat. I wouldnt even think double the meat would be enough. Too much junk in there you dont need.

Half a raosted chicken on whole wheat, double chicken. Plain. The low-fat/no-fat condiments can add lots of carbs, so I usually just put my own low-carb bbq sauce at home on it.

Stay away from the bread. You can get a whole wheat wrap double ham and turkey w/ lettuce and mustard. Not many carbs in that. Also, go to the diet section bro. There's alot of good info on nutrition there. Way more than here.

not the greatest source of protein / calories, but it will do in a pinch if nothing else was available.... double the chicken...get a salad

I travel for work alot, so sometimes you have to make due with what's around.... I'll even make due with McDonald's if absolutely necessary... grilled chicken on whole wheat bun with lettuce & tomato, no mayo... like I said, it will do in a pinch
