Or anyone else who lives around DC, when are we going to go lift? I went to the Bally's in Silver Spring today (next to the Wheaton Metro) and OMFG it is an awesome place (i think NYGirl can back me up on this).

Smurfy, I go to Fitness First (I use to go to the one on 355 near the Blockbuster on the weekends). Now I just go the the one Alexandria. I believe Subz, goes to the FF in Bethesda.

Not a member of Bally's. The only reason I went to the one on the Pike was because I had a free membership. I think Subz & I can get you a guest pass to FF.
