whats this lift called first you powerclean it press it up bring it down on your shoulders squat and then press it back down and then repeat

You mean a push press or clean and press?
 
I'm not sure there's a name for it as it's just a combo of 3 different movements. Why do you need a name, anyway?
 
But he's also squatting.

So, he power cleans, push presses, lowers it behind his head, squats, push press, lower it to his chest, to the floor, repeat.

Definitely sounds like it would drain you.

oh so every "rep" there is two oh presses i see that does sound tiring.

Indeed.

To the OP, why are you doing this exercise? Is it a sports-specific thing or what? Don't get me wrong, it seems like a nice lift. I hope you aren't replacing your normal squats or cleans with it, though. This lift is limited by how much you can push press.

I think if I were to try this I would go with an overhead squat. i.e. after the initial push press, keep the bar over your head, then squat.
 
It's called the PappaD! I always wanted something named after me and since there doesn't seem to be a name, I call dibs!! LOL
