first, I'm kinda new to make me a diet by myself, so I just have somes questions... I'll appreciate it if someone, for once, could answer my questions..
(these question are more for bulking)

1) to know how much cals I should consume for bulk, it's : Bodyweight X 20? (for exemple, I weight 175 so it's : 175X20 = 3500cals.)

2) when you plan your diet, which p/c/f do you plan first, I mean, if you need 270g of protein, do you plan the protein first, to find the better sources, or carbs ?

3) how do you plan your protein, carbs, fat trough the day ?when, how? (if you're working out on night, how do you plan your meals ? )

no more questions come in my mind for now, I'll post somes later

thanks to anwser these.

your making this to complicated bro. just eat quality meals every 2-3 hours. make sure you getting your healthy fats, good carbs, and lots and lots of protein. take in at least 1-2 gallons of water a day. have a simple carb, whey protein combo after you lift. get a good multi-vit, glutamine, and some creatine. just make sure you don't skip meals. if you try to plan and count every single thing you will get over whelmed. EAT,SLEEP,GROW!!!!!!!! good luck bro!:drink2: :sleep2: :toilet:

1) 18-20x is a good place to start on calories.

2) The macronutrient split is a point of great debate so you'll never get a straight answer on it.

3) Most of your carbs should be earlier in the day, other than your post-workout shake. You'll find a lot of other posts on the board discussing diets....read for a while and you'll figure it out.

Bouncer gave you some great advice. Do what he said and fine tune your diet as you learn more.
