stupid military DRs!!!!

I have a lump in my left nipple, i went to my doctor and had some tests done. My test is with in the normal range but on the high side. I've been able to reduce the lump with alpha sustain and nolvadex (pct) on my own. It didnt go away but it got really small. The last pro hom (dieselbolan) cycle was in november, about the time the lump came. The doc said he wasn't authorized to prescribe me dostinex nolvadex, and letrozle. I was also told the only thing was surgery and the military would not help me unless it was really bad. Basically I was told to just deal with, that it was a normal thing among males and life will drive on. wtf
Can somebody tell me what type of gyno or assume what type it is, and what drug might help.

Dude,I know how you feel , I was in the Military, the Dr's are horrible. Their really cooks masquerading as Doctors. (LOL)
