My mom brought home this book from work the other day and wanted me to read it. It's some book about a guy who was given 2 weeks to live cuz he had cancer and now it's been 20 yrs and he's still alive, so he wrote a book on dieting and being healthy. This moron states that more than 100 grams of protein is bad for you. He says you should have no more than 25 grams total each day and most of your meals should consist of fruits and vegetables because they have the "highest percentage of protein calories" whatever that means. What an idiot. doesn't he realize that one piece of chicken has more protein than taht in it??
