I went to this place called Bernies Meats, it was the best cheese I've ever had, lol.
lol @ chalk, but I think we are talking about different Y's...the one I went to had lots of stuff...I only needed stuff for a basic chest workout (dumbbells, smith machine, flat bench). I've been focusing hardcore on extremely slow movements which I hold for a second at the bottom and top of each rep (7-10 reps for each set). I'm stretching the shit out of my muscles and their peaks. Remember, BB. No PL

Although I swear samothmaing, I was heavily considering making a transition to PL...then quickly dismissed the thought.
