Alright fellas. Just into the second half of my cycle and gradually decreasing carbs to get rid of any unwanted fat. My waist seems to be decreasing steadily. Have just incorperated ten mins cardio after each training session for a start. All abs are out apart from bottom ones. However i do notice fat storage around my kidney areas that isnt responding to calorie reduction as dramatically as other areas. Obviously going to perservere with cardio and diet change. Just wonder if anyone has any specific ideas regarding the fat storage in this area.Am competing next year, therefore want to stay in reasonable shape up until preparation time.

Age 32
Height 6ft 1
Waist 32 inches (Not sure %bodyfat)
Arms 17.75 inches
Legs 28 inches
Weight - About 16.5 stone i reckon (Tend to look in mirror rather than get obsessed by weight)

3 years training, although lifted years ago

First half of cycle consisted of
omnedran - 750mg week
ganabol - 50mg eod

Second half presently on (cutting)
masteron 100mg eod
test prop 100mg eod
Winstrol depot 50mg eod

ephedrine on training days.
 
yeah, gradually increasing to an hour over a period of time. My waist is still decreasing so ten minutes has been beneficial to metabolism. Have dieted years ago without needing cardio at all (just by controlling carb/calorie intake). I know the obvious answer is more cardio which i will do. Never had this problem before, just wondered if anyone has any other ideas to maximise fat loss in this area. Otherwise its probably just a case of the last fat to go.
