Ok, I know that spot reduction is a myth, but I swear almost all my bf is in my legs(mostly thighs and ass) and my gut(when I flex my abs I can grab a soft area about the size of a pound of ground beef lol sorry bad analogy)
Anyway, my diet is pretty good but I'm wondering if there are any supps to aid in stubborn fat loss. I am about 12-14%bf. Iam going to start using hgh and I use anabolics, but am currently in between cycles. I lift 5 days a week and am going to start very light morning cardio every day and add 2 cardio sessions a week on my off days.
Any thoughts??
