struggling to lose weight! What supplement is best to help?

Post your diet, so we can better understand your eating habits. Also, as suggested above, get some thermorexin. You can't go wrong using that while working out.
 
I just started taking thermorexin, and it seems to control my appetite! i am having to make myself eat, which may not be a good thing... however it does not have caffeine and it is does not make you all jittery. Try it, i am sure you will see some improvement. I only take one a day and i take it after i eat my lunch... i still have energy to work out after i get off work at 5:00! hope this helps!
 
Nice to see you found something that works for you. I'd aslo suggest that you limit your carbs as much as possible. Carbs, in my book, are the number one "anti diet" food around, regardless of what many of the so called "experts" say about them. As long as you have glycogen to burn, your body will never be forced to burn fat for fuel. A cup of strong coffee a half an hour before cardio has also been shown to burn more, good luck.

Is that thermon-x?? if not, what is the full name of it? might give it a go

POST YOUR DIET.

This is likely the issue. "Watching your diet" or "eating healthy" is worthless unless your diet is CLEAN. Post a sample day's worth of food. I bet we can adjust it to get results.
 
BE A MAN. you dont need supplements. ive been on a ckd for about 2 1/2 weeks and lost 12lbs believe it or not. lift almost every day. run 2 miles a day. no carbs whatsoever. BE A MAN. GET MOTIVATED and you could do it too.
 
well lopp dogg.... I am a woman =) but thanks. Ok: This is what I've been eating lately. After cardio : 4 egg whites, one slice, whole wheat toast with fake butter spray, and a cup of melon.............3 hours later, veggie patty (im a vegetarian =) and 1 1/2 cups brussell sprouts. 3 hours later, i/2 cup low-fat cotg chz.....on a salad with sundried tomatoes and salad vinegar. .......3 hours later 1 1/2 cups edamame or another veggie patty.......3 hours later 1/2 low-card lean body shake w/ an ounce tofu, a heaping tbl anpb.then bed time. I am 5'4" (not sure of my weight on purpose) and 22.8% body fat. My trainer is getting me ready for a show in October, and I have alot of work to do. He says I should be eating 1,432 calories a day to get down to 15% bf. What do you guys think?./...any tips , advice, or foods to try? thanks alot!
