well lopp dogg.... I am a woman =) but thanks. Ok: This is what I've been eating lately. After cardio : 4 egg whites, one slice, whole wheat toast with fake butter spray, and a cup of melon.............3 hours later, veggie patty (im a vegetarian =) and 1 1/2 cups brussell sprouts. 3 hours later, i/2 cup low-fat cotg chz.....on a salad with sundried tomatoes and salad vinegar. .......3 hours later 1 1/2 cups edamame or another veggie patty.......3 hours later 1/2 low-card lean body shake w/ an ounce tofu, a heaping tbl anpb.then bed time. I am 5'4" (not sure of my weight on purpose) and 22.8% body fat. My trainer is getting me ready for a show in October, and I have alot of work to do. He says I should be eating 1,432 calories a day to get down to 15% bf. What do you guys think?./...any tips , advice, or foods to try? thanks alot!
