Thursday Supps are all the same, had to rush legs, because of prior obligations and going away for the weekend. Week was kinda mixed up having to do hams the day before quads, pretty damn stiff, made it very difficult to squat. Note to self don't do hams and quads on back to back days.
Squats 2 warm ups sets 135
2 sets 225 x 20
1 set 315 x 12
1 set 365 x 12
I do squats to peeps not fucking knee bends, ass checks sitting on my calves squats.
Leg Press 4 x 25 Started with 4 plates increased by 2 plates per set
Split squats 4 x12 (These are great for seperation in the quads)
Front Squats 4 x10 very light last 2 sets were with 225
Hacks 4 x10 3 plates
Leg extensions 4 x 15-20
Finished with 2 sets of walking lunges. Pretty fucking brutal pace done everything in about an hour, half of my usual time. I made it through, so supps have got to be working, try that shit supp less and let me laugh at you.
