Aight nig nags back in here to update this log. I kinda am not good at logs so keep me honest on this thing.
Monday was pretty damn awsome. Tuesday is everybodies favorite Chest day WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. WHy is it that I see peeps do chest 4 times a week and never see some of these peeps ever do jack shit for legs or back or anything else? Bench Press and Curls, FTW. Anyways here we go:
Took my Whey2BM first thing in the morn 2 scoops 16 ounces of Milk and a Lactaid ngr wut? Good to go. Did you bros realize that 2 scoops of Whey2BM and 16 ounces of 2% milk was 66 grams of Protein, if you didn't know, well now you know.
I work an office job so I always workout at lunch, and my lunch breaks are always 2 hours, lolz. Still rolling with the Unleashed, Post Cycle, Gear, Bridge (FTW), and the Ancient Strength took all these supps pre workout. About 45 mins out took my 3 Attack and my double scoop of Super Dump.

Post Workout 2 scoops of Replenish. Once again awsome pump, veins everywhere, chest cramping like a bish.
