Had a buddy call me yesterday and ask me to come do a cross fit session with him. Now I know nothing of this fairy tale bullshit, but I figure I'll go and at least drink some beer while I destroy this pudd sucker at his own game. And I think he done some kinda of variation of the real cross fit stuff but this is what he had set up to do. 21 power cleans x 135 21 dips, 15 power cleans x135 15 dips and then 9 power cleans and 9 dips done in a continuous cycle no rest in between and you get timed. Well long story short I done it in 2 mins 28 seconds. I don't know if thats good or not but it was way better than homeboy's time. I must admitt I was a lil winded and my hamstrings are sore as fuck. Do any of you use this type of shit in your training? And how does it work for you?
