Stronger than normal Heartbeat...should i be concerned??

Currently 2 weeks into PCT and over the past couple of days my pulse seems to be stronger than usual....you know the kind that seems to vibrate your entire body while trying to sleep....I don't feel sick, no strange pains or dizziness, but couldn't sleep that well because of the stronger heart beat.......Just had blood pressure checked and it's 118/62 so it's not high blood pressure....Any thoughts??

How your potassium level ? Mine was up and the Dr. said to raise potassium. Low potassium caused by coffee, diuretics, excessive sweating can lead to hypertension.Do a search under irregular heartbeat, you might learn something new.
