How much you guys on average spend when you go out to a strip club?
 
Don't spend anything, I f I want a women to dance for me I will ask my wife, and she is a hell alot better looking then most of them anyway.
 
I usually don't spend too much. We get raped on the drink prices around here, so we load up in the parking lot if we aren't already loaded, then have a few coctails inside to maintain the buzz. Personally, I'd rather use my cash to get some decent tip action going instead of getting taken to the cleaners on the lap dances and the V.I.P. room. I don't go to the titty bars that often though. I usually drop around $50 to $100.
 
Those of you who do not go are missing one of the great places of refuge. As long as you don't make a habit of it, nobody would ever think of looking for you there, and I can't think of a better entertainment value for my dollar. Besides the pleasure of interacting with 19-year-old nearly-nude attractive girls in your lap, there is the fun aspect of talking to them and seeing how screwed up they really are. And if you're not allowed to touch, you're going to the wrong places.
 
Well i never been to a strip club, until this girl jabbed her high heel into my heart, so my buddy and i decided to go. I think it was 15 cover charge, and i spent around 120 on lap dances. I figure if you're not going to spend money in there, don't go. That was the only time i've been to one anyway.

You know what I find so amusing about this thread? (Excluding those of you who state that you don't go.) That all of you guys who "don't tip whores" feel the need to go to a club where "these whores" are to begin with.

If you are too broke or too cheap to tip the dancers then why are you in there in the first place? Why don't you just go to a sports bar or dance club or plain old bar?

The simple answer is that everyone's a hypocrite and judgemental.

I don't go often at all, but i will tip if i go. Not all the girls, but as i say, if i see a girl or girls putting on a good show, then i think it's only fair to acknowledge that. I also prefer to give my money to the girls rather than the establishment. You can only do that by tipping. The girls need the money far more than the owner of the club.
 
I do not stand up for it. I am curious why certain men feel the need to "degrade whores" that do not BEG the men to be in there in the first place.

And yes, I do currently support myself and my four children as a go-go dancer. That is in 7" spiked heels and a bikini.

I am not proud of this fact, nor am I ashamed. It is the most amount of money for the least amount of time.

I do it BECAUSE I CAN.

It is not an EASY JOB by any stretch, but is certainly is simple. It isn't forever, but for now, it pays the bills and I spend the most amount of time with my children.

I do not disagree with a single statement you made.

There are MANY girls who do not keep up their appearance and who hardly even smile or dance for that matter.

In one club I work the SHIFT PAY (that is 7 sets) is $15. In another I get paid 30$ for 6 sets. In a third I get 50$ for 6 sets on off days and the same for 7 sets on weekends. FRIDAYS IT IS TIPS ONLY!

And yes, I could go to NY and dance at Scores or other "bottomless" or "topless" optional clubs and make $700 to $1000 a night. Who would know? Right?

And I NEVER EVER LIE TO MY CHILDREN - so that is NOT AN OPTION FOR ME.

How is dancing in a costume (some are WAY more than I wear to the beach - some I wear to clubs for God's sake.) for the entertainment pleasure of a club's patrons degrading?.....unless of course, THE PATRONS SOLE PURPOSE IN GOING THERE IS TO DEGRADE THE DANCERS?

What the fuck is degrading about making a living, any way someone chooses to do it. I mean for fuck's sake. The majority of the girls who are involved in the industry would choose not to be involved, but circumstances dictate that they need to earn a living somehow, and if this is it, then who is anybody to judge. A mother who earns money to put food on the table for her children, or to pay the rent, or to pay for her education is the most honourable thing in my opinion, regardless of how she makes that money.

The difference Latimer, is that McDonalds workers or restaurant workers are covered by a minimum wage which guarantees they get paid, no matter what type of service they put in. Many of the dancing clubs don't pay anything to girls other than the tips they get for dancing.

Ive been 6 times. I tipped on 4 of the occasions and tipped good.
The reason I went four times is because I knew girls that worked there and needed the money so I went and helped them out, those four girls ended up making about $80 a piece off of me. The other two times I didnt tip because I was there very long, I just got a beer and talked to a couple of friends at the BAR, not the stage, and left.

I can only tell you why I, personally, would NEVER date a customer. It is not because I think he is a loser. I don't know about skank, this part seemed to be more of a competition, everyone at these clubs thought they were the bomb, and I guess if someone at the club was giving them attention, they thought it should go to them. I can remember hooking up with a real cute, young Spanish girl for a little while, then she left the club, and after this, this Hungarian chick (who would give her dirty looks) then wanted to go out, and said she couldn't believe I would pick her over her, etc., I blow her away, blah blah, why would I even find her attractive compared to her. Definately bro, I agree with you 100%, hell where I work, which
is a very serious, professional business, there are more stories
of "indiscretions" than any strip club or whatever. People are people, clubs are no different, though you definately will find a
higher % of people who have substance abuse problems, and
emotional problems at clubs, that's for sure. But the fucking, hell
more people were fucking each other @ Pizza Hut when I was in

Some of the girls just have NO IDEA what thier job IS. Their job SHOULD BE to look pretty, move well, and entertain, to sell the fantasy and make that guy think that he is THE ONLY guy for that moment in time. It is all in good fun... adult entertainment.

I see MANY who never smile, do not even dance, hell, they hardly even have a pulse and then wonder why no one will tip them. ENOUGH of them to merit this question. I am buying BKMom's
theory that they kind of "know what each other are doing" so
to speak, and don't need to justify themselves, and also maybe
to immaturity of the girls who when I worked were majority 18-22, with the occasional 16 yr old's with fake id's.

I hear you. I don't know whether it's about a higher percentage having emotional problems and substance abuse or whether it's just easier to see. I too work in a very professional white collar industry, but there are plenty i know, colleagues even who have substance abuse problems. Particularly those in their 20's and 30's. With a high disposable income also comes the ability to be readily able to buy drugs. They do however, mask it or hide it very well, because they have to.

I guess maybe the girls who work in the clubs don't need to hide it as much, perhaps they don't feel as though they have as much to lose.
 
I think it is a combination of things. I work with MANY girls whose baby's fathers are in jail, hell who themselves JUST got out of jail, who wouldn't hesitate to physically fight someone if you looked at them wrong, who drink, do drugs and are just lowlives. Also, the maturity level I think plays a very large role.

The older women usually do not engage in such activities. (Although "trashiness" does not know age LOL)

unreliable.
feel as though they must blow alot of $when they go out to have fun.
usually drink heavily especially at work.
YES they fuck coworkers including managers,dj,bouncers, and other strippers.
are a lot of fun to hang out with but not to get into a intellectual conversation.
are attracted to men with alot of $$$$ that do drugs.
have trouble being friends with guys b/c they think everyone is out to fuck them.
most are young and pregnant.

BTW between 20-40 dollars in tips to the dancers is reasonable for staring at there tits and ass for hours. (if you don't have money to tip the girls don't go to a strip club, some dancers actually have to PAY to work at the club)

I don't know about for being there "hours", but if you are
there for a couple hours, and tip about 40 bucks, that's decent,
there are alot of dudes who go in, who barely afford cover and
club soda.

I think pretty much all clubs the girls have to "tip out" before they
start their shift. We had a Penthouse girl who pretty much got to

BMom's the Bomb, they only "try" to rag on her because they are
too used to dealing with young & dumb, and can't handle a chick

I've been to a few strip clubs in my life, and I've tipped each time.
Not huge ammounts, but $50 on average over the course of a night. The girls who get my money are the ones who are smile and are friendly...just like any other service job.

That being said, I don't really like strip clubs. After the novelty wears off (takes about 15 mins), they're usually fairly dull places for the most part.

I'd rather hang with my friends at a club or pub.

I am merely enlightening people that not all dancers are sleazy hos who take thier clothing off or give head for money. Some dancers actually DANCE. And while there aren't truckloads of money to be made (the eighties are wwwwwwwwwaaaaay over) it is the most amount of money, for the least amount of time.
